LUMIR Inc. (“the Company”) handles personal information with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related legislation. This policy applies to personal information collected through the enquiry and estimate forms on this website.

1. Information we collect

Enquiry form: name, email address, subject and message. Estimate form: name, email address, company name (optional), phone number (optional), project type, budget band, preferred timeline and requirements. Access logs and referral (UTM) information may also be generated and collected automatically while you use the service.

2. Purpose of collection and use

We use this information only to respond to enquiries, prepare and send estimates, make contact regarding a possible engagement, and produce aggregate statistics to improve the service. We do not use it for any other purpose.

3. Retention period

We retain the information for 12 months from collection and destroy it without delay thereafter. Where legislation requires longer retention, we keep it for the period that legislation prescribes. Where an engagement is agreed, we retain it for as long as performing that engagement requires.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or in response to a lawful request from an investigative authority.

5. Processing entrusted to others

Submissions from the enquiry and estimate forms are delivered to our staff through an external form-processing service. The name and country of that processor will be published in this policy once the contract is finalised. Until then, please note that information submitted through the forms may be transferred outside Korea.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Contact us at the address below and we will act without delay.

7. Security measures

We keep the number of staff handling personal information to a minimum, encrypt data in transit (HTTPS) and manage access rights.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy is added to, removed from or amended, we will announce the change on this page at least seven days before it takes effect.
